Reflecting on his appointment, Mr Moore said: “I am thrilled to be joining such a vibrant and ambitious school community. I look forward to inspiring students through literature, encouraging intellectual curiosity and contributing to the school’s culture of academic excellence.”

We are also pleased to welcome Mr Usman Ahmed, who returns to Downe House Muscat as Head of Maths. Having previously been part of our community, Mr Ahmed is excited to rejoin the school in a leadership role and continue supporting students in achieving their very best.

Inspiring Leadership and Personal Growth

Having lived and worked in Oman for the past seven years, Ms Albert has developed a deep appreciation for the local community and is passionate about creating learning environments where children feel safe, valued and empowered to thrive.

Ms Albert said: “Being part of a school environment where children feel encouraged to grow is something I care deeply about. I am especially excited to support our girls as they develop their voice through the Student Leadership programme.”

Guiding Students Towards Their Futures

We are equally delighted to welcome Ms Kinza Kamal, who joins Downe House Muscat as Business and Economics Teacher and Head of Futures.

What excites me most about joining Downe House Muscat is the opportunity to combine this love of connection with guiding students towards their future aspirations.”

Expanding Creative Opportunities
